The Shoreham Selectboard will hold a public hearing on Monday, June 12, 2006 at 7:00 pm at the Shoreham Town Clerk's Office to consider extending for one year the Interim Stormwater Management Bylaws as adopted on June 14, 2004.
The Sections to be extended are:
- Article 9.5 Stormwater Management and Erosion Control at Construction Sites
- Section 950: Stormwater Management, Part A
- Section 960: Erosion Control at Construction Sites, Part A, B, C & D
- Under Conditional Use Review:
- Section 528-2, page 18 as modified.
- Planned Residential Development:
- Section 341-B, page 8 as modified.
