The Legal Voters of the Town of Shoreham, Vermont are hereby warned and notified to meet at the School Auditorium in said Shoreham, Vermont on Monday the 5th of March, 2007 at 6:00 p.m. to transact all business not involving voting by Australian Ballot. (Said balloting to be held Tuesday, March 6, 2007 at 10:00 a.m. until 7:00 p.m. in the afternoon at the Donald Treadway Fire House).
Article 1: To elect all necessary Town and Town School Officers as required by Law. (By Australian Ballot)

Article 2: To act upon the reports of the Town Officers.
Article 3: Will the voters of the Town approve the sum of $488,512 for the support of its town roads for the ensuing year and to pay outstanding obligations and orders.
Article 4: Will the voters of the Town approve the sum of $ 278,091 to defray current expenses of the Town for the ensuing year and to pay outstanding obligations and orders.
Article 5: Shall the Town pay its Real Estate Property Taxes to the Treasurer on November 10, 2007 with delinquent taxes having a penalty charge of eight per cent, and interest charges of not more than one percent per month or fraction thereof for the first three months and thereafter one and one-half per cent per month or fraction thereof, and interest of one and one-half per cent per month or fraction also applying to prior year delinquencies.
Article 6: Shall the voters of the Town of Shoreham authorize the Selectboard to accept and spend unanticipated funds? (Such as grants and gifts)
Article 7: Shall the voters of the Town of Shoreham authorize the Selectboard to add an amount of money, not to exceed a penny, to the tax rate to be put into the reserve fund for the Purchase of Fire and Rescue Equipment?
Article 8: Shall the voters of the Town of Shoreham authorize the Selectboard to put $8,849.00 of the General Fund balance into the reserve fund for Newton Academy?
Article 9: Shall the voters of the Town of Shoreham authorize the Selectboard to proceed with planning for the Town Clerk’s Office and spend an amount not to exceed $5,000 to be taken from Town Clerk’s Office Reserve Fund?
Article 10: Shall the voters of the Town of Shoreham authorize the Selectboard to put $10,000 of the General Fund Balance into the reserve fund for the Town Clerk’s Office?
Article 11: Shall the voters of the Town of Shoreham vote on monetary questions by Australian Ballot?

Article 15: Shall the Town appropriate by taxation $300 for Addison Co. Hospice?

Article 26: Will the legal voters of the Town of Shoreham appropriate the sum of $500 for Shoreham’s Lakeview Cemetery for mowing and upkeep of cemetery grounds?
Article 27: Will the legal voters of the Town of Shoreham appropriate the sum of $500 for Shoreham’s Village Cemetery for mowing and upkeep of cemetery grounds?
Article 28: Shall the voters of the Town of Shoreham appropriate the sum of $1,500 to support the position of teen coordinator for Addison County Teens Program?
Article 29: Shall the voters of the Town of Shoreham appropriate the sum of $1,500 for the Parent/Child Center?
